  • We respect the human dignity and value of all executives and employees (including executives, employees, and non-regular workers) and stakeholders of our domestic and overseas corporations, and strive to fulfill our responsibility to respect human rights throughout all management activities.
  • We respect international human rights and labor-related standards and guidelines, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
  • We establish and follow human rights management principles so that human dignity and value are embodied in management activities and become embedded as part of the corporate culture.
  • To fulfill our responsibilities to partner companies, we support the practice of human rights management by implementing activities to prevent human rights violations and various V.O.C. channels for shared growth and mutual development, ensuring that their human and labor rights are not infringed.
  • To promote human rights in local communities, we take care to ensure that the human rights of local residents are not violated in the performance of all tasks, and actively seek preventive measures when necessary.
  • Recognizing the right to a sustainable environment as a human right, we strive to comply with domestic and international environmental laws and regulations to protect the environment, and actively work toward achieving carbon neutrality, biodiversity, resource circulation, and the creation of eco-friendly workplaces.
  • We do not use raw materials produced through methods that pose concerns of human rights violations such as child labor, forced labor, exploitation, human rights abuse, or conflict promotion, or through illegal or unethical methods.
  • If the matters addressed in this Human Rights Charter conflict with the laws and regulations of a local country, the local laws and regulations shall take precedence, and this Human Rights Charter may be revised to reflect the laws and industrial characteristics required by the relevant country, with separate detailed policies established if necessary.
